I created a page for bulk and surface micromachining, using the information given on this page, as well as new material. So I removed that info from this page, leaving the links. Now the page keeps focused on micromachinery, without the rather off-topic discussion about surface and bulk u-machining Glaurung 15:27, 6 Dec 2004 (UTC)

This reads more like a beginners article on transducers than micromachinery. It needs to be rewritten or deleted.1812ahill (talk) 16:25, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
