Shouldn't this page include some links to nanotechnology and/or microsystem science? I don't know that much about the subject, so I didn't put them in myself, but I'm sure there is a link. -- till we *) 19:22, Dec 23, 2003 (UTC)


I created a page for bulk and surface micromachining, using the information given on this page, as well as new material. So I removed that info from this page, leaving the links. This reads more like a beginners article on transducers than micromachinery. It needs to be rewritten or deleted.1812ahill (talk) 16:25, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
