I had never heard about this cheese until I came across this article a while back. I started looking for it in local markets, but hadn't noticed it until today. I bought a chunk of the Williams Sharp Pinconning Cheese and it is really quite tasty. older≠wiser 03:21, Mar 27, 2005 (UTC)
