I have added Micheal Richards please do not delete Sattmaster (talk) 14:38, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Melanie Chartoff was the news anchor not Julia Louis Dreyfuss. I corrected this as well as the spelling of the word 'anchor.' — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.219.88.140 (talk) 13:09, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Guest stars

[edit]

It would be worth noting the guest stars; either a complete list or at least some of the more significant.--SidP (talk) 18:26, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

West Coast

[edit]

Amusing page. I had considered attending a show taping. One thing this page lacks is mention that this show had a considerably different West Coast feel to it contrasted with SNL. 143.232.210.38 (talk) 22:17, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Show Length

[edit]

Wasn't the show originally 70, not 60, minutes long? I watched the show religiously when it originally aired, and I seem to recall the odd timing of the show before they expanded it to the full 90 minutes. - --Hudson (talk) 05:18, 16 October 2011 (UTC)Hudsonthedog[reply]

SNL and its "decline"?

[edit]

I am going to trim the original research in this article. Under the section "series Overview" the first sentence says that Friday's was created as a reflection of the "decline" of Saturday Night Live in the 1980's after Lorne Michaels left the show - yet Lorne Michaels was still producer of SNL when Friday's first aired. It seems disingenuous to state that as a reason. A few sentences later the article talks about SNL in "shambles" due to "mismanagement," which is merely an opinion unsupported by a citation.Polkadreamer (talk) 17:09, 3 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
