User talk:Eridanis
Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Read the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the Sandbox.
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- To sign your name on a talk page, please finish your comments with ~~~~ (four tildes). The wiki will insert a link to your userpage and the timestamp.
- Not every subject needs its own page. Sometimes it is wiser to deal with certain subjects together on one page. See Wikipedia:Merge and Wikipedia:Redirect for some background. You may want to review Avoiding common mistakes to get started quickly.
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck! JFW | T@lk 07:43, 19 Oct 2004 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the C-reactive protein, Insulin resistance and Adiponectin articles, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.
Feel free to re-submit a new version of the article. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I irrevocably release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, for use on Wikipedia and elsewhere."
You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here. You can also leave a message on my talk page. JonHarder 21:46, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
French localisation of the msnmsgr project
[edit]Hi Eridanis
I'm the new project owner of the msnmsgr project on MozDev. Syko asked to hand it over to me after I made the extension work again.
It looks like you were in charge of the French localisation. I'm about ready to release version 0.7, so, are you still willing to do it? You can find my e-mail address on the Members page of the project.
