Alleged Palestine genocide vs Palestine genocide

There is a debate about whether there is a genocide in Gaza. This debate is discussed in the Wikipedia entry Gaza genocide. The lead for that article states "Israel has been accused of carrying out a genocide against the Palestinian people by a number of experts, governments, United Nations agencies, and non-governmental organisations during its invasion and bombing of the Gaza Strip in the ongoing Israel–Hamas war." The article on police brutality is not the place to debate this. I think the policy WP:SUSPECT applies here-- that is, a suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law-- and it seems to me that no court has declared this a genocide. The given reference cites Amnesty International, which is not a court of law. I think the wording "alleged genocide" is appropriate, and a Wikilink could be created to the Gaza genocide article.
