Fair use for Sailor Moon musicals

This image is being linked here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I, Masamage feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low-resolution scan of a promotional flyer;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
- it provides an illustration of this musical series, its premise, and its visual style, and is to be used solely for this purpose
